The brain changes. New experiences, information, or learning create new connections and circuits between neurons, which is described as 'plastic'. Contrary to past claims that once completed brains do not change, now days it is believed that the brain changes steadily. Recent brain research suggested that art therapy with art, music, and dance can have a positive effect on the damaged or aging brain. In particular, dance has caused positive changes in higher brain function in addition to the positive impacts of fitness, walking, or general fitness. This suggests that dancing helps mental health.

The performing arts field, which has come to a state of pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is asserting untact performances based on online platforms as a countermeasure to overcome this crisis. While there were concerns that this would be a short-term countermeasure, it became an opportunity to confirm new possibilities of change in the distribution structure of the performance arts market as online performance screenings became well-received by audiences. The development of cultural technology and digital media have brought about new creative performance methods and have caused changes to diffusive processes. Untact performance screenings have taken place as the ‘New Normal’ and hold possibilities of developing as a single independent market. This study predicts that the popularization of ‘Untact’ culture will allow performance imaging and online screenings to settle and expand as a distribution form of the performing arts and it looked into the general structures and trends of online performance screenings and attempted to propose future domestic performance imaging businesses along with the construction of online platforms and development plans through representative case studies.

In the meantime, Korea sports has achieved quantitative and qualitative growth centered on elite athletes. In the background, there is a wrong atmosphere of the school sports team, which emphasized only victory for student-athletes and forced to train in hierarchical culture. Therefor various solutions have been proposed for school sports team. Among them, the purpose of this study was to find a way to manage the core competencies of student-athletes through academic and training management using ICT, and by doing this, to present academic and practical implications for the school sports team should be taken for the future.

The military should contribute to boosting morale by preparing policies that can satisfy various cultural needs of military personnel, laying the foundation for individual emotional cultivation and self-development. Through the current status and examples of cultural and artistic projects carried out in the county so far, this study attempts to present marketing strategies that can win and win between the military and the culture and arts community and ways to meet the new cultural needs of military personnel. Also, I would like to propose measures to promote culture and arts that can be used as a means of stimulating emotions. Military culture and arts education also has an indirect impact on the development of military welfare, and the culture and arts community can expect the securing of numerous potential customers and the revitalization of culture and arts. The soldiers who participated in the culture and arts program also saw a" increase in individual sensitivity", improved relations with colleagues and superiors, and reduced stress on military life. As such, the military's culture and arts education is required to move away from the past form and lead to those who can adapt to military life and enjoy culture and arts after being discharged from the military.

The purpose of this research is to explore the ‘space’ shown in Ibsen’s most well-known works, such as < A Doll’s House >, < Ghosts >, < The Wild Duck >, and < Hedda Gabler >. To analyze the ‘dramatic space’ shown in the plays, the ‘house’ was set as the ‘internal space’ and the ‘outside of the house’ has been set as the ‘external space’ Then, each space has been subdivided into the ‘visible space’ and ‘invisible space’ Through this distinction, we can find out that the interior space (‘house’) is constantly being invaded by figures who came from the ‘external space’, and the facts from the past that has been concealed are being revealed by the figures who came from the ‘external space’. In addition to the invasion of the ‘external space’, another factor that accelerates the collapse of the internal space is the ‘invisible space’ that cannot be seen with our naked eye. The influence of the ‘invisible space’ is more destructive because it is a space that does not appear on the surface and can only be ‘sensed’ through sounds or lines of the characters. Also, due to the fact that it is not ‘revealed’, it arouses the curiosity of the audience and stimulates their desire to ‘uncover’ the secrets hidden behind the surface. The invisible space, which creates a vague sense of fear and uneasiness among the audience by making them think that while it is concealed, it is still exercising control over the visible events, constantly affects the visible space and plays the role of ‘pulling up’ the hidden past & secrets up to the visible surface. On the surface, Ibsen focuses on depicting our ‘ordinary’ daily lives. However, if you take a more closer look, you will be able to realize that he excels in showing the ‘cracks’ that lurk below the surface through the relationship between internal/external space and visible/invisible space.
